Rob Ulses is a 32-year, retired Brigadier General – U.S. Amry aviator.  A veteran of OPERATION JUST CAUSE, OPERATION SEA ANGEL, and OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.  He was awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal along with numerous other awards and decorations.  Currently a Program Director at Amentum, where he is responsible for a program providing personnel and support to effectively operate, maintain, and manage over 120 Application Support Centers at locations across the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, and the Virgin Islands to collect biometric and biographical data for the Department of Homeland Security.

Rob graduated from West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree, and also holds two Master’s degrees.  Rob lives in Trophy Club, TX with his wife Kathy.  He comes from a military family with his father, brother, two sisters having retired from the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy.  His and two sons also served in U.S. Army.
